"First, I'd like to say that I'm not one to write reviews. However, I think this service was especially good. I'm genuinely surprised by how well this company is run and how qualified the workers are.
Recently, the circuit breakers in my apartment blew out (they were sparking and sizzling through the wall panel), and we needed an electrician to come by ASAP. This happened on a weekend and during a global pandemic, mind you. We had to shut the power off to prevent a fire. Not long after and to my surprise, an electrician showed up the very next day and gave us a temporary fix while they can order the parts (on a Saturday as well).
This electrician, Henderson, did a very quick and effective fix. The Monday following the weekend, he showed up early and ready to go. Within a matter of hours, the entire circuit panel was replaced and power had been restored. He explained to me how dangerous it would've been if we hadn't called and how we seriously avoided a fire. The fire department agreed as we had called them prior. Seriously, Henderson is a miracle worker. I've never seen someone work that fast and articulately answer any of my questions.
In short, New England Electrical has a great team. I highly recommend."

NE Electrical were the only guys that answered. The owner Mike, and his electrician Brian came the same day I called. They even walked half a mile to my house to assess the damage because my street was blocked by trees. Once UI restrung the line, Brian came at 5:30 on a Saturday evening to reinstall the service mast and restore my power."
